The Brussels Airport House is a joint initiative of the Brussels Airport Company, the Provincial Development Authority of Flemish Brabant, the Chamber of Commerce Halle-Vilvoorde, VDAB (the public employment service of Flanders), De Lijn (Flemish public transport company) Flemish Brabant, the Province of Flemish Brabant and RESOC Halle-Vilvoorde (a regional social and economic development body). In this respect it is also important to mention the close partnerships with Brussels and Walloon partners such as BECI en UWE (chambers of commerce) in the framework of Brussels Metropolitan, as well as ACTIRIS and FOREM (public employment services) and TEC and MIVB (public transport companies).
The partners opened the Brussels Airport House with a view to improving, simplifying and accelerating the employment and recruitment of new employees at the airport. By joining forces, they can further develop existing initiatives regarding employment at Brussels Airport.
